摘 要:随着人工智能时代的到来,传统物流正在逐渐向智能物流转变,社会对物流系统的规划和设计人才提出了更高的要求。物流管理人员需要具备智能设备的应用能力和数据分析技能,以实现对物流系统的设计和运营管理,持续优化系统、运营质量和效率。高职院校需要制定物流大数据人才培养方案,培养物流大数据分析人才,要求学生灵活应用数据分析工具,解决物流管理决策和物流系统规划与设计优化问题。为保障物流专业大数据人才的高质量就业,系统地研究了高职物流管理专业大数据人才培养的课程体系设计方案。With the advent of the artificial intelligence era,the traditional logistics has transformed into intelligent logistics,and society has put forward higher requirements for logistics system planning and design talents.Logistics management personnel need to have the ability to apply intelligent devices and data analysis skills to achieve the design and operation management of logistics systems,and continuously optimize system,operational quality,and efficiency.Vocational colleges need to formulate a logistics big data talent training plan to cultivate logistics big data analysis talents.Students are required to f lexibly use data analysis tools to solve problems of logistics management decision-making and logistics system planning and design optimization.In order to meet the high-quality employment needs of logistics big data talents,this article systematically studies the curriculum design scheme of cultivating big data talents for logistics management major in vocational colleges.
