摘　　要：退役运动员进校园是深化体教融合的重要任务,对培养体育后备人才和促进青少年健康发展具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对退役运动员进校园的系列理论问题进行深入分析。退役运动员进校园是缓解我国体育师资数量不足、提升学校体育教学工作质量、培育优秀竞技体育后备人才、拓展退役运动员多元化转型的现实需要。退役运动员进校园面临现实困境,包括政策体系不完善,缺乏科学的选拔标准;教育教学能力存在短板,综合从教素养有待提高;继续教育培训体系不系统,从业资格认证体系尚未建立;多元主体协同机制不健全,难以形成推进合力。要构建退役运动员进校园的协同联动机制,形成多元主体推进合力;完善退役运动员进校园的准入制度,畅通退役运动员从教通路;优化退役运动员进校园的知识能力培训体系,提升退役运动员职业素养;健全退役运动员职业发展扶持体系,完善动态评估和监管保障方式。It is an important task to deepen the integration of sports and education for retired athletes to enter campus,and it has an important significant for cultivate sport talent and promote adolescents health.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper did an in-depth analysis on the series of theoretical problems of retired athletes entering campus.It is necessary for retired athletes to enter campus to alleviate the shortage of PE teachers in China,to improve the quality of PE,to cultivate excellent reserve talents of competitive sports and to expand the diversified transformation of retired athletes.Retired athletes face practical difficulties when entering campus,including the imperfect policy system,the lack of scientific selection criteria,the shortcomings in education and teaching ability,comprehensive teaching quality needs to be improved,the unsystematic continuing education and training system,the professional qualification certification system has not been established,and the multi-agent coordination mechanism is not perfect,it is difficult to form a joint force.It is suggested that a coordinated mechanism should be set up for the retired athletes to enter the campus,so as to form a combined force of multiple subjects.We will optimize the system for training retired athletes in their knowledge and ability on campus,improve their professional quality,improve the support system for their professional development,and improve the way of dynamic evaluation and supervision.
