项目教学法在微生物学实验课中的应用及思考

摘　　要：为培养学生自主学习能力和实践创新能力,将项目教学法引入微生物学实验课中。根据实验教学大纲制定实验项目,难易程度由简到难、逐级递进。教学过程以学生为中心,学生查阅资料,设计验证方法并实施项目,最终实现独立完成实验项目的目的。实践结果表明,经过项目化教学改革,在教师教学和学生学习成效2个方面均得到明显提升,学生的动手能力和解决问题的能力都有明显提高。In order to train students'ability of self-study and practical innovation,the project teaching method is introduced into microbiology experiment.According to the experimental teaching outline to formulate different levels of experimental project,the degree of difficulty from simple to difficult,progressive.The teaching process is student-centered.The students consult the data,design the verification method and implement the project.Finally achieve the goal of independent completion of experimental projects.The practical results showed that project-based teaching reform significantly improved both the teaching performance and the learning effectiveness.Students achieved significant progress in experiment operation and problem-solving.
