健脾通络和中汤联合常规西药治疗中度慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾通络和中汤联合常规西药治疗中度慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年10月至2023年11月该院收治的63例CAG患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组32例和对照组31例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合健脾通络和中汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、胃黏膜病理评分、血清学相关指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃泌素-17(G-17)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组胃部喜暖、胃脘痞满、食少纳呆、气短懒言、大便稀溏等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组异型增生、胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生等病理评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组TNF-α水平低于对照组,G-17水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾通络和中汤联合常规西药治疗CAG患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善血清学相关指标水平,降低中医证候积分和胃黏膜病理评分,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with moderate chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with CAG admitted to this hospital from October 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into study group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the study group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the gastric mucosal pathological score,the serological related indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),gastrin-17(G-17)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 70.97%(22/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as stomach warmth,epigastric fullness,poor appetite and digestion,shortness of breath and being lazy to speak,and loose stool in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the pathological scores of dysplasia,gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of TNF-αin the study group was lower than that in the control group,the level of G-17 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the
