摘  要:文章以高职服装设计专业教学模式改革为研究对象,以科学发展观和市场需求为指导,探索“一理念、两机制、三构建”的教学模式。该模式强调职业教育与产业融合,以应用教育为核心,着力培养高素质、高技能的服装设计人才,采用校企合作、学科交叉、技能实训以及“岗、课、赛、证”融通的教学思路,注重产教一体化教学方法,系统性加强学生分析解决实际问题的能力。研究结果表明,该模式满足了服装行业对高素质人才的需求,具有较高的理论和实践价值,可以为高职服装设计专业教学改革提供有益的借鉴和参考。This article takes the reform of teaching model in higher vocational clothing design major as the research object,guided by the scientific development concept and market demand,and explores the teaching model of“one concept,two mechanisms and three constructions”.This model emphasizes the integration of vocational education and industry,with applied education as the core,focusing on cultivating high-quality and high skilled clothing design talents.It uses school-enterprise cooperation,interdisciplinary learning,skill training,and the integration of“job,course,competition and certification”teaching ideas,attaches great importance to the integrated teaching method of industry and education,and systematically strengthens students’ability to analyze and solve practical problems.The research results indicate that this model meets the demand for high-quality talents in the clothing industry and has high theoretical and practical value.It can provide useful reference and guidance for the teaching reform of higher vocational clothing design major.
