加味芍药甘草汤联合普瑞巴林治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加味芍药甘草汤联合普瑞巴林治疗癌性神经病理性疼痛(malignant neuropathic pain,MNP)的疗效。方法选择2022年9月至2023年9月本院收治的140例MNP患者,随机分为西药组(普瑞巴林)、中西药联用组(普瑞巴林联合加味芍药甘草汤),每组70例。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛介质水平、生活质量水平以及不良反应情况。结果中西药联用组总有效率(91.43%)高于西药组(75.71%,P<0.05);治疗后,中西药联用组5-羟色胺、P物质、前列腺素E2以及内皮素-1水平较西药组明显更低(P<0.05);中西药联用组生活质量量表(quality of life,QOL)分值下降更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味芍药甘草汤联合普瑞巴林可有效减轻MNP患者疼痛,提高临床疗效和生活质量,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the curative effect of modified Shaoyao and Gancao decoction combined with pregabalin in the treatment of malignant neuropathic pain(MNP).Methods A total of 140 MNP patients admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into western medicine group(pregabalin)and Chinese and western medicine combined group(pregabalin combined with modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction),with 70 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,pain mediator levels,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group(91.43%)was higher than that of the western medicine group(75.71%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,Substance P,prostaglandin E2 and endothelin-1 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life(QOL)in the combined medicine group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with pregabalin can effectively relieve pain in MNP patients,improve clinical efficacy and quality of life,and have good safety.
