摘  要:本科临床实践阶段学生分布在不同的医院和院区,很难集中开展思政教育活动。而线上学习平台联合含思政内容的以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是一种先进的教学法,对提高本科临床实践阶段学生的专业技术和思政认识有重要意义。文章通过设计并实施含思政内容的基于案例的PBL教学法,充分利用线上教学在时间和空间上的优势,教师先将案例和问题发给学生,学生收集资料、组内讨论,最后教师进行点评,通过问卷调查的方式对教师、案例、思政内容等进行评价,发现90%以上的学生对线上基于案例的PBL教学法持满意态度。这种教学模式不仅有助于提高学生的专业知识、自主解决问题的综合能力,同时学生通过案例对思政内容有更直观的认识,有助于提升学生的综合素养和人文修养。Undergraduate clinical practice students are distributed in different hospitals and districts,so it is difficult to carry out ideological and political education activities.The online learning platform combined with ideological and political content of problem-based learning(PBL)is an advanced teaching method,which is of great significance to improve the professional technology and ideological and political understanding of undergraduate students in clinical practice stage.The article designs and implements a case-based PBL teaching method with ideological and political content,and makes full use of the advantages of online teaching in time and space.Teachers first send cases and problems to students,and students conduct group discussion.Finally,teachers make comments and evaluate teachers,cases,ideological and political content through questionnaire survey.It is found that more than 90% of students are satisfied with the online case-based PBL teaching method.This teaching mode not only helps to improve students'professional knowledge and comprehensive ability to solve problems independently,but also helps students to have a more intuitive understanding of ideological and political content through cases,which helps to improve students'comprehensive quality and humanistic accomplishment.
