摘 要:以某型号车辆发动机橡胶减振器(简称橡胶减振器)为研究对象,从宏观功能及橡胶材料的微观结构等方面分析服役前后橡胶减振器的性能变化。结果表明:橡胶减振器在服役过程中发生了一定程度的疲劳老化和热氧老化,橡胶减振器的尺寸发生变化,橡胶材料的交联密度减小;从静载变形量来看,服役时间较长的橡胶减振器仍具有减振效果;减小橡胶材料的蠕变及提高其耐油性能和耐高温性能是延长橡胶减振器寿命的重要途径。本研究可为橡胶减振器的设计、维护及更换提供参考。Taking the rubber shock absorber of a certain model of vehicle engine(referred to as the rubber shock absorber)as the research object,the performance changes of the rubber shock absorber before and after service were analyzed from the aspects of the macroscopic function of the rubber shock absorber and the microscopic molecular structure of the rubber material.The results showed that the rubber shock absorber underwent a certain degree of fatigue aging and hot-oxidation aging during service,with a change in the size of the rubber shock absorber and a decrease in the crosslinking density of the rubber material.From the perspective of the static load deformation,the rubber shock absorber with a longer service life still had a damping effect.Reducing the creep of the rubber material and improving its oil resistance and high temperature resistance were important ways to extend the lifespan of the rubber shock absorbers.This study could provide reference for the design,maintenance and replacement of the rubber shock absorber.
