含不同角度和长度裂纹损伤钢构件的试验及剩余极限强度有限元分析

摘  要:为研究含裂纹损伤钢构件的剩余极限强度,分别对Q235和Q355两种含不同角度和长度的裂纹损伤钢构件展开试验,并建立了有限元模型。通过对有限元数值模拟结果进行非线性拟合,得到了裂纹角度为90°(裂纹与受力方向垂直)的含裂纹损伤钢构件剩余极限强度的计算公式。进而通过投影等效转换的方法推导出了含任意角度裂纹损伤钢构件剩余极限强度的统一计算公式,并通过对比分析验证了本文所提方法的准确性。结果表明,在裂纹角度一定的情况下,随着相对裂纹长度的增加,剩余极限强度减小;而在相对裂纹长度一定的情况下,随着裂纹角度的增加,剩余极限强度减小。经验证,本文提出的剩余极限强度的统一计算公式的计算结果与实际试验数据的误差保持在4%以内。To study the residual ultimate strength of steel members with crack damage,tests on two kinds of steel members Q235 and Q355 with crack damage with different angles and lengths were carried out,and the finite element model was established.Through the nonlinear fitting of finite element numerical simulation results,the calculation formula of the residual ultimate strength of steel members with crack damage with crack angle of 90°(the crack is perpendicular to the force direction)was obtained.The unified calculation formu-la of the residual ultimate strength of steel members with crack damage with arbitrary angle was then derived by the method of projection e-quivalent transformation,and the accuracy of the proposed method was verified by comparative analysis.The results show that the residual ultimate strength decreases with the increase of the relative crack length in the case of a certain crack angle,while the residual ultimate strength decreases with the increase of the crack angle in the case of a certain relative crack length.It is verified that the error between the calculation results of the unified calculation formula of residual ultimate strength proposed in this paper and the actual test data is within 4%.
