摘  要:以某重型柴油机为研究对象,基于GT-POWER软件建立仿真模型,对燃烧系统和增压系统进行设计优化,并开展台架试验和实车验证试验,探索发动机经济油耗区间与挖机常用工况匹配的可行性。研究结果表明:在满足发动机本体许用设计边界前提下,采用合适的燃烧室方案,同时匹配较大涡端当量流量的增压器,可以实现低油耗区域与挖掘机应用主要工况区域吻合。经实车测试,优化后柴油机油耗改善2.8%,效率提升3%。Taking a heavy-duty diesel engine as the research object,a simulation model was established based on GT-POWER software to carry out design and optimization of the combustion system and turbocharging system.Bench tests and real engine verification tests were carried out to study the feasibility of matching the engine's economic fuel consumption range with the common operating conditions of the excavator.The research results indicate that:Under the premise of meeting the allowable design boundary of the engine body,adopting a suitable combustion chamber scheme and matching with a turbocharger with a larger equivalent flow rate at the turbo end can achieve a low fuel consumption area that matches with the main operating conditions of the excavator.Through real engine test,the optimized diesel engine showed a 2.8%improvement in fuel consumption and a 3%increase in efficiency.
