福州市环岛路工程交叉口总体设计方案研究

摘　　要：福州城市发展规模不断扩大,根据福州市"沿江向海,东扩南移"的发展战略,环岛路处于规划建设中的城门片区中心地带,是福州东部新城的重要骨干道路。本文通过分析道路功能定位、交通量调查预测与规模论证,综合考虑区域功能定位、福州市路网结构及周边地块规划,以及工程地点的自然条件和交通组织,提出了福州市环岛路工程交叉口总体设计方案。环岛路目前已通车5年,整体运行效果良好,发挥了其应有的交通作用。The scale of urban development in Fuzhou continues expanding,according to Fuzhou's development strategy of"moving from the river to the sea,expanding east and moving south",now Huandao Road is located in the center of the Chengmen area under planning and construction,also is an important backbone road of the new city in the east of Fuzhou.This paper mainly analyzes the road function positioning,traffic volume investigation and prediction and scale demonstration,comprehensively considers regional functional positioning of the road,the road network structure and surrounding plot planning of Fuzhou city,as well as the natural conditions of the project site,and puts forward the overall project plan of Fuzhou Huandao Road.Huandao Road has been open to traffic for 5 years,and the overall operation effect is good,playing its due traffic role.
