摘　　要：高速铁路联调联试涉及众多环节和复杂技术,其中车辆系统承担着关键职责,如车辆性能检测、故障排查等,因此车辆系统的规范化管理至关重要。为实现车辆系统在高速铁路联调联试过程中规范化管理,确保调试过程的高效性、安全性与系统性,通过深入分析联调联试的现状、车辆系统的具体职责和当前面临的问题,从前期准备、测试过程、数据分析以及问题整改等多方面提出一系列提升车辆系统联调联试规范化水平的策略与建议。通过这些策略与建议,能有效提升车辆系统在联调联试过程中的规范化管理水平,提高效率和质量,保障高速铁路联调联试的顺利进行,为后续的正式运营奠定坚实基础,推动我国高速铁路事业的持续发展。Integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway involves many aspects and complex technologies.Car department undertakes key responsibilities,such as car performance inspection and troubleshooting.Therefore,standardized management of the car department is very important.To help the department implement standardized management in integrated commissioning&test of HSRs,and to ensure an efficient,safe,and systematic commissioning process,a set of strategies and suggestions have been proposed.These aim to enhance the standardization of the department through various approaches such as preliminary preparation,test processes,data analysis,and corrective actions.These strategies are based on an in-depth analysis of the current circumstances of integrated commissioning&test,the specific responsibilities of the car department,and the current challenges faced.These strategies and suggestions can effectively improve the standardized management of the car department in the process of integrated commissioning&test,enhance the efficiency and quality,thus laying a solid foundation for the opening of corresponding lines and promoting the sustainable development of China’s high speed railway industry.
