摘  要:针对纯电动汽车四挡电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的换挡规律进行研究,提出一种综合换挡规律,以同时改善汽车的动力性和经济性。采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对不同加速踏板开度下的换挡车速进行多目标优化,得到兼顾动力性和经济性的NSGA-Ⅱ换挡规律;构建以SOC与功率需求为输入、动力性权重因子为输出的模糊控制器,对NSGA-Ⅱ规律进行动态调整,得到自适应换挡规律Fuzzy-NSGA。在MATLAB/Simulink中建立换挡规律的仿真评价模型并进行硬件在环试验。试验结果表明,提出的多目标优化方法能够有效平衡动力性和经济性,使纯电动汽车在换挡性能上得到优化。该研究为纯电动汽车的换挡规律优化提供了新的思路和方法,对于提高汽车的综合性能具有重要意义。The shifting law of four-speed electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)of pure electric vehicle is studied,and a comprehensive shifting law was proposed to improve the dynamic performance and economy of the vehicle.In this study,NSGA-Ⅱ,a fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy,was used to optimize the shifting speed under different accelerator pedal opening with multiple objectives,and NSGA-Ⅱshifting rules with both power and economy were obtained.The Fuzzy controller with dynamic weight factor as output adjusts the NSGA-Ⅱlaw dynamically,and obtains the Fuzzy-NSGA law of adaptive shifting.In order to verify its effectiveness,this study established a simulation evaluation model of shifting rule in MATLAB∕Simulink,and conducted a hardware-in-the-loop experiment.Experimental results showed that the proposed multi-objective optimization method could effectively balance power performance and economy,and optimize the shift performance of pure electric vehicles.This research provides a new idea and method for the optimization of the shifting law of pure electric vehicles,which is of great significance for improving the comprehensive performance of vehicles.
