摘 要:分析含开关磁阻电机不平衡磁拉力及压气机叶尖气流激励Alford力,且由磁悬浮轴承支承的多电航空发动机模拟转子系统的动态特性。基于Timoshenko梁理论及有限元方法建立模拟转子系统,在模型中引入12/8极三相开关磁阻电机的不平衡磁拉力及气流激励Alford力。计算结果表明,电机磁拉力会降低转子临界转速,但是存在Alford力时,电机磁拉力会提高转子稳定阈。Alford力和电机磁拉力会引入各种谐波、次谐波激励,并随转速使得转子呈现不同动态特性。改变磁悬浮轴承控制参数能改变转子平衡位置、运动轨迹和振幅,表明可以通过调节这些控制参数改变转子运动特性从而实现对发动机转子的主动控制。The dynamic characteristics of a multi-electric aero-engine simulation rotor system supported by magnetic bearings,including the unbalanced magnetic pull(UMP)of a switch reluctance motor and the Alford force excited by the compressor blade tip airflow,were analyzed.The simulation rotor system was established based on Timoshenko beam theory and the finite element method,the UMP of the 12/8-pole three-phase switch reluctance motor and the airflow-excited Alford force were introduced.The calculation results show that the motor's UMP reduces the rotor's critical speed,but when the Alford force is present,the motor's UMP will increase the rotor's stability threshold.The Alford force and motor magnetic pull introduce various harmonic and sub-harmonic excitations.And as the speed changes,the rotor exhibits different dynamic characteristics.Changing the control parameters of the magnetic suspension bearings can alter the rotor's equilibrium position,motion trajectory and amplitude,indicating that active control of the engine rotor can be achieved by adjusting these control parameters to change the rotor's kinetic characteristics.
