摘 要:目的基于潜在剖面分析探讨护士工作嵌入的潜在类别特征,分析各类别间的异质性及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、工作嵌入量表、心理资本量表和管理关怀量表对鄂尔多斯市6所公立医院的627名护士进行调查,采用潜在剖面分析法和无序多分类Logistic回归分析探索护士工作嵌入潜在类别特征及影响因素。结果护士工作嵌入潜在类别分为4种:低工作嵌入型(14.83%)、高平衡型(3.19%)、中工作嵌入型(58.37%)和高工作嵌入型(23.61%)。影响因素为医院等级、聘用形式、平均月收入、心理资本和感知管理关怀度(P<0.05)。结论护士工作嵌入存在显著的类别特征,护理管理者应根据其潜在类别特征制订具有针对性的身心干预措施,以提高护士工作嵌入水平。Objective To explore the potential categories of nurses'job embeddedness based on latent profile analysis,and to analyze the heterogeneity among categories and their influencing factors.Methods A total of 627 nurses from six public hospitals in Ordos City were investigated by general information questionnaire,Job Embeddedness Questionnaire,Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and Caring Assessment Tool-administration.Latent profile analysis and unordered multicategory Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the characteristics of potential categories and the influencing factors.Results The potential categories of nurse job embeddedness were divided into 4 categories,low job-embedded(14.83%),high balance(3.19%),medium job-embedded(58.37%),and high job-embedded(23.61%).The influencing factors were hospital level,form of employment,average monthly income,psychological capital and perceived degree of management care(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant category characteristics of nurses'job embeddedness.Nursing managers should formulate targeted physical and mental interventions to improve the level of nurses'job embeddedness.
