生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算研究——以四川省若尔盖县为例

摘　　要：对于某一区域生态系统生产总值(GEP)的核算能够把生态产品与服务的功能量转化为经济价值量,从而计算出该区域生态产品与服务的总价值。GEP值的大小能够体现出区域生态系统对于人类福祉和经济发展所做出的贡献。若尔盖县生态产品种类丰富,生态产品价值巨大,生态产品价值实现意义重大。经核算,2020年若尔盖县GEP总量为4 440.21亿元,远超同年该地区的GDP(30.08亿元),如果将若尔盖县GEP与GDP合并作为衡量当地高质量发展的标准,可以更加凸显若尔盖县的生态地位和生态价值。The accounting of the gross ecosystem product(GEP)of a certain region can transform the functional quantity of ecological products and services into the economic value quantity,so as to calculate the total value of ecological products and services in the region.The size of the GEP values can reflect the contribution of regional ecosystems to human well-being and economic development.There are many kinds of ecological products in Ruoergai County,the value of ecological products is huge,and the realization of the value of ecological products is significant.According to the calculation,the total GEP of Ruoergai County in 2020 is 444.021 billion yuan,far exceeding the GDP of the region in the same year(3.008 billion yuan).If the combination of GEP and GDP of Ruoergai County is used as a standard to measure local high-quality development,the ecological status and ecological value of Ruoergai County can be more prominent.
