摘　　要：经济全球化背景下,中国企业面临着人才流动带来的发展机遇和挑战。本文通过深入分析资源依赖理论、动态能力理论和相关理论,揭示人才流动对企业战略的深远影响。本文结合华为和联想的具体案例,探讨国际高端人才的引进对技术创新和市场竞争力的促进作用,以及企业如何应对人才流失的挑战,比较中美企业在人才流动管理上的差异,揭示文化、制度和市场环境的不同影响。本文进一步预测全球人才流动的未来趋势,并提出中国企业应对未来人才流动趋势的具体策略,强调灵活性和创新的重要性,旨在为企业管理者提供理论支持和实践指导,助力中国企业在全球市场中实现可持续发展和长期竞争力提升。In the context of globalization,Chinese enterprises face both opportunities and challenges brought by talent mobility.Through an in-depth analysis of resource dependence theory,dynamic capabilities theory,and related theories,this study reveals the profound impact of talent mobility on corporate strategy.By examining specific cases of Huawei and Lenovo,it explores how the introduction of international high-end talent promotes technological innovation and market competitiveness,as well as how companies address the challenges of talent attrition.The study compares the differences in talent mobility management between Chinese and the U.S.enterprises,highlighting the varying impacts of cultural,institutional,and market environments.Furthermore,it predicts global talent mobility trends and proposes specific strategies for Chinese enterprises to cope with these trends,emphasizing the importance of fl exibility and innovation.This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for corporate managers,assisting Chinese enterprises in achieving sustainable development and enhancing long-term competitiveness in the global market.
