摘 要:为了研究非均匀、非平稳风环境下相对于移动列车的脉动风特性,利用相对于移动列车脉动风与空间静止位置处脉动风的相关函数关系,推导了可以考虑风场非均匀、非平稳特性的移动列车脉动风谱模型,并通过对比验证了推导的正确性。数值计算了移动列车脉动风相关函数、风谱函数,分析了不同风环境下移动列车脉动风特性差异,研究了车速、间距、时间等因素对移动列车脉动风的影响。结果表明:推导的列车风谱适用于不同的环境风谱,可以有效考虑风场非均匀、非平稳特性及车速、风速、风向的影响;在数十秒的短时间范围内,风场的非均匀特性比非平稳特性对高速列车的影响大,实际工程中更应关注非均匀特性;作用在列车上的脉动风总能量与车速大小无关;移动列车脉动风互相关函数不关于坐标轴对称,随着间距增大,互相关函数峰值向更大的时间间隔区域移动;随着车速增大,移动列车脉动风的相关性降低,移动列车脉动风能量向高频范围移动;随着时间的增大,风场的非平稳特性对移动列车脉动风的影响逐渐显著。In order to investigate the characteristics of wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle in inhomogeneous and nonstationary wind environment,based on the investigation of the correlation functions between wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle and wind turbulence relative to stationary location,the power spectra framework was developed for wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle with consideration of inhomogeneous and nonstationary characteristics,and the validity of the derivation was verified by comparison analysis.Numerical calculations were performed to determine the correlation function and power spectra of wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle,and the difference were analyzed among the characteristics of wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle in different wind environments.The effects of factors such as the vehicle speed,separation distance and time on wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle were investigated.The results show that the derived wind spectra is suitable for different wind environment,which can effectively consider the inhomogeneous and nonstationary characteristics of the wind field and the influence of the vehicle speed,wind speed and wind direction.The inhomogeneous characteristic of wind environment has a greater impact on wind turbulence relative to moving vehicle than the nonstationary characteristics in a short period of time,for exemple tens of seconds,and it should be paid more attentions in practical engineering.There is no relationship between the vehicle speed and total spectrum energy.The cross-correlation function is not symmetric about the coordinate axis,and the peak value of cross-correlation shifts into a larger time lag district with increasing separation distance.As the vehicle speed increases,the correlation function decreases,the wind spectra decrease in lower frequency region and increase in higher frequency region,which indicates the spectrum energy shifts into higher frequency region.As time increases,the nonstationary characteristics of the wind env
