摘　　要：医药类高校是为地方经济社会发展培养医药领域创新创业人才的基地。针对部分医药类高校在培养学生创新创业能力上存在理念滞后、课程不完备、师资薄弱、平台短缺的问题,从多维度积极探索学生创新创业能力培养的机制,统筹规划学生创新创业能力培养课程体系,科学搭建学生创新创业能力培养平台,合理构建学生创新创业能力培养保障体系。Medical colleges are bases for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship personnel in the field of medicine for local economic and social development.In view of the problems of lagging concepts,incomplete courses,lacking teachers,and shortage of platforms in cultivating students′innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in some medical colleges,we should actively explore the mechanism of cultivating students′innovation and entrepreneurship abilities from multiple dimensions,plan the course system of cultivating students′innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,scientifically build the platform of cultivating students′innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and reasonably construct the guarantee system of cultivating students′innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
