摘  要:分析目前婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业发展现状及人才培养模式,提出为满足人才培养需要、专业发展需要,需要与企业行业有效对接,明确专业人才“医育融合”目标,构建“医育融合”实践标准体系,打造“医育融合”师资培养路径,形成医校专业特色实践通道,建立“医育融合”特色就业体系。To analyze the current development status and personnel cultivation model majored in infant and toddler care services and management,and propose to meet the needs of personnel cultivation and development of majors,it is necessary to effectively connect with enterprises and industries,clarify the goal of"integration of medicine and education"for professional personnel,construct a practice standard system for"integration of medicine and education",create a teacher training path for"integration of medicine and education",form a specialized practice channel for medical schools,and establish a distinctive employment system for"integration of medicine and education".
