摘 要:为培养适应现代健康照护领域急需的高素质复合型“护、育、康、养”技术技能人才,学校以专业虚拟仿真实训中心为基础、虚拟仿真教育资源为载体,开展护育康养专业群实训研究,创新实训教学模式,实现专业群实训教学虚拟仿真常态化,从而促进虚拟仿真技术和实训教学的融合,提升实训教学质量及人才培养质量。In order to urgently meet high-quality compound"nursing,childcare,rehabilitation,elderly care"technical talents′need in the field of modern health care,the school explored the practical training teaching system of nursing、childcare、rehabilitation、elderly care professional group under the background of the wide application of virtual simulation technology in the field of vocational education.Based on the professional virtual simulation training center and the virtual simulation education resources as the carrier,the school built a new practical training teaching model,promoted the integration of virtual simulation technology and practical training teaching,promoted the normal application of virtual simulation and practical training teaching of professional group,and improved the quality of practical training teaching and talent training.
