摘 要:采用超声辅助技术提取僵蚕中的多糖。在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化僵蚕多糖提取工艺。结果表明:对僵蚕多糖得率影响的实验因素为液料比(C)>提取温度(A)>提取时间(B);提取工艺最佳条件为温度61℃,时间52 min,液料比33 mL/g。在此优化条件下僵蚕多糖得率为(1.81±0.02)%,相对误差(RE)为0.79%。研究结果表明,响应面优化的模型有效且可靠,可为僵蚕多糖的开发利用提供理论参考。Ultrasonic assisted technology was employed to extract polysaccharide from Bombyx Batryticatus.Response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process based on single factor experiment.The result was showed as follows:liquid-solid ratio(C)>extraction temperature(A)>extraction time(B).The optimal extraction temperature was 61℃,extraction time was 52 min and liquid-solid ratio was 33 mL/g.The average extraction yield of polysaccharide was(1.81±0.02)%and the RE was 0.79%under the optimal extraction conditions.The result showed that the optimal model according to response surface method was effective and reliable,which can provide theoretical reference for the optimizing of polysaccharide extraction from Bombyx Batryticatus.
