摘  要:以电化学综合设计性实验——用电动势法测定银电极浓差电池中Ag+的迁移数、计算电化学反应的热力学函数为例,采用线上线下相结合的教学模式,对物理化学实验进行了教学内容和教学方法的改革。实验结果表明,银电极浓差电池中Ag^(+)的迁移数、Δ_(r)G_(m)的相对误差均较小,说明此实验的教学改革是可行的。做到了“以学生为中心,教师为主导”的有效教学,培养了学生的团队合作、主动探索精神和创新意识,提升了学生的实践能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高了实验教学质量。Taking electrochemistry comprehensive design experiment,the determination of Ag+transference number in silver electrode concentration battery by electromotive force method and the calculation of thermodynamic function of electrochemical reaction as an example,the teaching content and teaching method of physical chemistry experiment had been reformed by combining online and offline teaching mode.The experimental results show that the relative error of the Ag^(+) transference number and Δ_(r)G_(m) in the silver electrode concentration difference battery are small,which indicates that the teaching reform of this experiment is feasible.It has achieved the effective teaching of"student-centered,teacher-led",cultivated the students'teamwork,active exploration spirit and innovation consciousness,improved the students'practical ability,the ability to analyze and solve problems,and improved the quality of experimental teaching.
