摘  要:2024年重庆高考思想政治科目第16题考察了“相邻关系”这一民法概念。作为高中思想政治选择性必修二课本《法律与生活》中明确提及的知识点,“相邻关系”本应是教学的一个重点,却在一线教学中囿于“只讲原则、泛泛而谈”的思维定势。重庆卷的这道题涉及“相邻关系的类型”这一知识点,体现了对教材“相关链接”的细致深挖,有利于引导考生关注课本本身,提升法治思维与思想政治学习实效。The 16th question of the ideological and political subject in the 2024 Chongqing college entrance examination examined the concept of"adjacent relationship"in civil law.As a knowledge point explicitly mentioned in the second compulsory textbook of high school ideological and political education,"Law and Life","adjacent relationships"should have been a key focus of teaching,but in frontline teaching,it is limited by the mindset of"only talking about principles and general discussions".The question in the Chongqing test involves the knowledge point of"types of adjacent relationships",which reflects a detailed and in-depth exploration of the"relevant links"in the textbook,and is conducive to guiding candidates to pay attention to the textbook itself,improving the effectiveness of legal thinking and ideological and political learning.
