摘　　要：目的:了解浙江省遂昌县县域医联体全科医生岗位胜任力情况与培训需求。方法:选取2022年9月遂昌县人民医院医联体(包括县医院、社区卫生服务中心或乡镇卫生院和村卫生室)全科医生(含加注)101名作为研究对象。采用自制调查问卷分析全科岗位胜任力能力自评与培训需求自评,进一步了解其教学、科研培训需求。结果:在医疗方面,能力自评评分以基于慢性病管理的基本公共卫生服务、家庭医生签约服务的居民管理方法、常见症状的诊治较高,培训需求评分以流行病学现场处置、常见病与多发病的识别与诊治、常见急危重症的诊治较高。在教学方面,能力自评评分较低,培训需求评分较高。在科研方面,能力自评、培训需求评分约4分。教学培训需求以教学活动实施规范、授课方法和技巧、临床实践能力考核较高;科研能力培训需求以文献学习、研究选题、科研设计较高。结论:浙江省遂昌县医联体医生医疗、教学、科研岗位胜任力仍需提升,培训需求较高。Objective:To understand the post competency and training needs of general practitioners in county-level medical community of Suichang County of Zhejiang Province.Methods:In September 2022,a total of 101 general practitioners(including those with additional practice)in the People's Hospital of Suichang County Medical Community(consisting of county hospitals,community health service centers,or township health centers and village clinics)were selected as the study subjects.Self-designed questionnaire analysis was used for the self-assessment of general practitioner post competency ability and training needs,to further investigate their teaching and scientific research training needs.Results:In terms of medical care,the ability self-assessment score was higher in basic public health services based on chronic disease management,resident management methods of family doctor contracted services,and diagnosis and treatment of common symptoms,while the training needs score was higher in epidemiological on-site treatment,identification and treatment of common diseases and frequently occurring diseases,and diagnosis and treatment of common acute and critical diseases.In terms of teaching,the ability self-assessment score was lower,and the training needs score was higher.In terms of scientific research,the ability self-assessment score and training needs score were about 4 points.The teaching and training needs were higher in the implementation of teaching activities,teaching methods and skills,and clinical practice ability.The scientific research ability training needs were higher in literature learning,research topic selection,and scientific research design.Conclusion:The post competency of doctors in medical care,teaching and scientific research in Suichang County Medical Community of Zhejiang Province still needs to be improved,and the training needs are high.
