微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸临床中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:在进行口腔正畸的患者中,探究微型种植体支抗临床应用的作用与疗效。方法:在医院中选择80名接受治疗的口腔正畸患者,采用双色球抽取的方式将这些患者划分为两个小组,每个小组患者数量一样,一组患者是通过传统的方式来完成治疗,另一组患者是结合微型种植体支抗的方式来予以治疗,两组患者被研究命名为传统组与微型组。根据两组患者牙齿功能、牙周健康、牙齿结构以及不良情况四个方面信息的对比,以此推断出微型种植体支抗在临床上的疗效。结果:在牙齿功能上,微型组患者的各方面功能均得到了改善;在牙周健康上,微型组患者各项指数的下降幅度更大;在牙齿结构上,微型组患者上中切牙的凸距差、尖牙的间距更大,磨牙位移的距离更小;在不良情况上,微型组患者发生的概率较低。两组患者之间的情况具有明显对比性。结论:在进行患者口腔正畸的时候,微型种植体支抗的使用较为高效,医护人员可以在后续临床上加大使用力度。Objective:To explore the clinical application and efficacy of micro implant anchorage in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment.Method:80 orthodontic patients who received treatment in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups using a dual color ball extraction method.Each group had the same number of patients.One group received treatment through traditional methods,while the other group received treatment through the combination of micro implant support.The two groups of patients were named the traditional group and the micro group in the study.Based on the comparison of information on tooth function,periodontal health,tooth structure,and adverse conditions between two groups of patients,the clinical efficacy of micro implant anchorage can be inferred.Result:In terms of dental function,all aspects of the micro group patients were improved;In terms of periodontal health,the decline in various indices of micro group patients is greater;In terms of tooth structure,the micro group patients have a greater difference in the protrusion distance of the upper central incisors,a greater distance between the canines,and a smaller displacement distance of the molars;In terms of adverse situations,the probability of micro group patients occurring is relatively low.There is a significant contrast in the situation between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:The use of micro implant support is more efficient during patient orthodontic treatment,and medical staff can increase their use in subsequent clinical practice.
