摘　　要：乡村振兴战略背景下,农村人才培养平台的设计与实现,旨在解决城乡差距扩大、农业现代化需求、社会和谐稳定需求等问题,为乡村振兴提供人才支持。本文通过分析乡村振兴政策背景,探讨了乡村人才培养的背景,在此基础上,深入分析了智慧乡学平台的用户需求、功能需求、性能需求及安全与隐私需求,明确了平台的目标用户群体和所需提供的关键功能。系统设计部分详细介绍了平台的技术架构、前台系统功能结构和后台管理系统设计,强调了云计算、大数据和移动学习技术在平台中的应用。通过SWOT分析,文章评估了平台的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,指出了技术整合、政府支持和社区文化联结等优势,以及资源分配不均、技术挑战和用户技能不足等劣势。本文为乡村振兴背景下的乡村人才培养提供了理论支持和实践指导,对于推动农村经济社会持续健康发展具有重要的现实意义和研究价值。In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the design and implementation of a rural talent training platform aims to address issues such as the widening urban-rural gap,the demand for agricultural modernization,and the need for social harmony and stability,pro-viding talent support for rural revitalization.This article analyzes the background of rural revitalization policies and explores the background of rural talent cultivation.Based on this,it deeply analyzes the user needs,functional needs,performance needs,and security and privacy needs of the smart rural education platform,clarifying the target user group of the platform and the key functions it needs to provide.The sys-tem design section provides a detailed introduction to the platform's technical architecture,front-end system functional structure,and back-end management system design,emphasizing the application of cloud computing,big data,and mobile learning technologies in the platform.Through SWOT analysis,the article evaluates the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the platform,pointing out advantages such as technology integration,government support,and community cultural connections,as well as disadvantages such as uneven resource allocation,technological challenges,and insufficient user skills.This article provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the culti-vation of rural talents under the background of rural revitalization,which has important practical significance and research value for promot-ing the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy and society.
