摘　　要：融资管理是上市公司财务管理的关键环节之一,有效的融资管理是提高财务稳健性、降低资金成本以及促进公司可持续发展的重要保障。上市公司涉及众多的子公司,业务活动范围比较广,因此,落实好融资管理尤为重要。上市公司需要明确自身的融资管理现状,根据融资管理的特点与自身发展需求,探索具有可操作性且科学合理的优化策略,以提升融资管理效能。Financing management is one of the key links of financial management of listed companies.Effective financing management is an important guarantee to improve financial robustness,reduce capital cost and promote the sustainable development of the company.For listed companies,it involves many subsidiaries and has a wide range of business activities.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement financing management well.Listed companies need to clarify their current status of financing management,explore operable and scientific and reasonable optimization strategies according to the characteristics of financing management and their own development needs,so as to improve the efficiency of financing management.
