摘　　要：在教育体制不断完善的背景下,高等职业教育在国家战略中的地位日益凸显。高等职业教育在满足国家对专业技术人才需求的同时,承担着促进就业、扩大中等职业教育覆盖面、提高国民素质等重要教育使命。传统行政管理模式已经难以适应这种快速变化的社会环境,需要开展创新探索,在有效利用资源的基础上提高服务质量,这样能推动高职院校的可持续发展。为此,文章提出建立灵活的行政管理制度等创新策略,推动高职院校行政管理工作迈向现代化发展方向。In the context of the continuous improvement of the education system,the position of higher vocational education in the national strategy has become increasingly prominent.Higher vocational education not only meets the demand for professional and technical personnel in the development of the country,but also undertakes the important educational mission of promoting employment,expanding the coverage of secondary vocational education and improving the quality of the people.The traditional administrative management model has been difficult to adapt to this rapidly changing social environment,so it is necessary to carry out innovation and exploration under the background of fierce competition,and improve service quality on the basis of effective use of resources,so as to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the article puts forward the establishment of flexible administrative management system and other innovative strategies to promote the administrative management of higher vocational colleges towards the direction of modern development.
