摘　　要：随着我国经济的飞速发展,交通运输行业也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。高速公路作为现代交通运输体系的重要组成部分,其建设和管理水平直接关系到国家经济发展的速度和质量。近年来,全面预算管理作为一种先进的管理理念和方法,逐渐在高速公路管理中得到广泛应用,对提高高速公路建设和管理水平起到了重要作用。文章从全面预算管理的特点出发,结合高速公路管理的实际情况,深入分析全面预算管理在高速公路管理中的应用,以期为高速公路管理提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of Chinas economy,the transportation industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.As an important part of modern transportation system,expressway construction and management level is directly related to the speed and quality of national economic development.In recent years,as an advanced management concept and method,comprehensive budget management has been widely used in expressway management,which plays an important role in improving the level of expressway construction and management.Based on the concept and characteristics of comprehensive budget management,combined with the actual situation of expressway management,this paper will deeply analyze the application of comprehensive budget management in expressway management,in order to provide useful reference for expressway management.
