摘  要:文章阐述了“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的理论内涵,以高职针织服装设计专业为例介绍了“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的实施意义,从准确定位人才培养目标构建人才培养多元化评价标准、构建岗课赛证融通一体化课程体系以打造综合育人共同体、建设双师型教学队伍促进教学改革、深化校企合作共建实训基地和教学资源库以实现资源共享和优势互补这四个方面提出了高职针织服装设计专业“岗课赛证”综合育人机制的实施路径。This article expounds upon the theoretical essence of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"integrated education model.Using the vocational college knitwear fashion design program as a case study,it illustrates the significance of implementing this model.The discussion is framed around four key aspects:accurately defining talent cultivation goals and constructing a diversified evaluation system for talent development;developing an integrated curriculum system that links post,course,competition,and certificate to foster a comprehensive educational community;building a dual-teacher instructional team to drive teaching reforms;and deepening school-enterprise collaboration to jointly establish training bases and resource libraries,thereby achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages.These strategies outline a practical path for implementing the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"integrated educational model in the vocational college knitwear fashion design program.
