摘 要:传统的PLC编程方法存在着复杂性高、效率性低等方面的问题,严重制约了工程师的程序开发速度。为解决这些问题,提出了一种基于人工智能的PLC代码生成方法。首先,利用文心一言生成所需功能的SCL语言代码。接着,在Visual Studio Code中对生成的代码检查和修订。最后,在西门子博途中导入修订后的源代码文件,并对其功能进行测试。实验结果表明,自动生成的SCL代码能基本满足所需功能要求,该方法提高了PLC编程效率。The traditional PLC programming method has problems in terms of high complexity and low efficiency,which seriously restricts the program development speed of engineers.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a PLC code generation method based on artificial intelligence.Firstly,generating functionally compliant SCL Code with ERNIE Bot.Next,the generated code is checked and revised in Visual Studio Code.Finally,the revised source code file is imported in Siemens and tested for its functionality.The experimental results show that the automatically generated SCL code can basically meet the requirements of the required functions,and this method improves the efficiency of PLC programming.
