摘  要:针对军士层次学员在地方院校专业培养等方面的差异,导致其学习基础两极化比较严重的问题,结合部队院校的培养教学特点,达到培养学员实践应用能力的主要目标。以“光电成像原理”课程为例,研究在混合式理实一体化课程中开展分层教学的模式。该模式是将理论知识与实践技能相融合的教学模式,以实践技能教学为核心,适合专业指向性较强的课程,可以充分体现因材施教的特点,调动全体学员的课堂积极性,显著提高学员对理论和实践的掌握度,锻炼学员自主学习和独立思考的能力,提升全体学员的专业知识能力和实践能力,最终实现课堂与工作岗位的精准对接。In response to the serious polarization of learning foundation differences caused by the differences in professional training and other aspects of sergeant level students in local colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics of training and teaching in military colleges,the main goal of cultivating students’practical application ability is to study the layered teaching mode in the blended curriculum integrating theory and practice,taking the course of photoelectric imaging theory as an example.This model is a teaching model that integrates theoretical knowledge and practical skills,with practical skills teaching as the core,suitable for courses with strong professional orientation.It can fully reflect the characteristics of individualized teaching,mobilize the classroom enthusiasm of all students,significantly improve their mastery of theory and practice,exercise their ability to learn and think independently,and enhance their professional knowledge and practical abilities,achieving precise integration between the classroom and the workplace.
