摘 要:基于SPOC的“财务管理”课程混合教学模式,充分利用线上和线下平台,注重个性化学习和互动交流,能有效提升课堂教学效果。具体步骤包括教学目标与内容设计、学习资源与教材选择、教学活动与互动设计、评估与反馈机制的建立。教学模式的实施策略涵盖了从试行阶段到全面推广的各个环节,以确保教学模式能够顺利过渡到实际应用中。此外,研究还关注了技术支持与平台建设、教师培训与教学支持,以及学生参与和学习动力等方面的挑战,并采取投入资金、合理规划、合作与外包、教师培训计划、学习社区建设,以及学习引导和监督机制等策略来有效应对,以提高“财务管理”课程教学的整体质量。The blended teaching mode of financial management courses based on SPOC makes full use of online and offline platforms,lays emphasis on personalized learning and interactive communication,and can effectively improve the classroom teaching effect.The concrete steps include the design of teaching objectives and content,the selection of learning resources and teaching materials,the design of teaching activities and interaction,and the establishment of evaluation and feedback mechanism.The implementation strategy of the teaching model covers all aspects from the trial stage to the comprehensive promotion to ensure that the teaching model can be smoothly transferred to the practical application.In addition,the research also focuses on the challenges in technical support and platform construction,teacher training and teaching support,as well as student participation and learning motivation.Strategies such as investment,reasonable planning,cooperation and outsourcing,teacher training programs,learning community construction,and learning guidance and supervision mechanism can be effectively addressed to improve the overall quality of financial management teaching.
