摘　　要：“药品生产质量管理规范(GMP)”作为药学专业本科生的专业课,是一门在理论知识框架内具有高度实践性的重要课程。但由于该课程具有较大的内容量、繁杂的知识点、较高的实践性、较强的操作性要求等特点,使得其存在较多授课难题。为此,围绕这些问题,同时结合学校软硬件设施的具体情况,提出“四位一体”教学新模式。在该模式中,理论知识框架搭建、课程模拟实验、GMP仿真实习以及创新式课程考核将贯穿于整个教学过程中,从而在达到理论与实践相结合的前提下,最终实现高层次制药技术应用型人才培养的目的。As a professional course for pharmacy undergraduates in colleges,GMP is a highly practical course within the framework of theoretical knowledge.However,due to the large internal capacity,complex knowledge points,high practical and operational requirements the daily teaching of this course has usually faced great difficulties.Therefore,based on these problems and the specific situation of school software and hardware facilities,this paper proposed a quaternity teaching method.In this method,through integrating the construction of theoretical knowledge framework,curriculum simulation experiments,GMP simulation practice,and innovative curriculum assessment into the whole teaching process,the theory and practice can be skillfully combined,realizing the finally purpose of training high-level pharmaceutical technology applied talents.
