摘　　要：课程思政教学改革应全面贯彻落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神。对标新时代工科专业课程思政建设的要求,结合课程思政中存在的痛点、堵点,提出了构建符合工科专业特点的思想政治工作体系的建设思路。以“工程水文学”课程为例,搜集整理了与“工程水文学”课程相关的思政元素,构建了“工程水文学”课程思政育人目标。通过案例有机融合教学内容与课程思政育人元素知识点,将新时代水利精神、大国水利工匠精神等思政元素通过科研成果,润物无声地融入课程思政育人元素知识点中,对促进高校理工科类专业课程思政建设具有显著的指导意义。The reform of ideological and political education in curriculum aims to fully implement the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities.This article addresses the requirements for the construction of ideological and political elements in engineering courses in the new era,and it proposes a constructive approach to develop a content system that aligns with the characteristics of the engineering profession by identifying pain points and obstacles in integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum.Additionally,taking the course Engineering Hydrology as an example,the article collects and organizes relevant ideological and political elements,and designs the educational objectives for ideological and political development through the course.By seamlessly integrating teaching content with profound water management and engineering cases,the article incorporates ideological and political elements such as the spirit of water conservancy in the new era and the craftsmanship spirit of water conservancy experts.These elements are integrated into the course through research achievements and practical engineering hydrology analysis and design cases,enhancing the educational impact of ideological and political aspects.This article provides significant guiding significance for promoting the construction of ideological and political elements in courses for science and engineering majors at universities.
