情景模拟教学联合翻转课堂在儿科实习教学中的应用

摘  要:以2023年5月至2024年4月在中山大学附属第三医院儿科实习的80名临床医学专业实习生为研究对象,40人为观察组,接受情景模拟联合翻转课堂教学;另外40人为对照组,接受常规教学,比较两组的出科考核成绩及学习素养的差异。经对比发现,观察组出科技能考核成绩高于对照组(p<0.05),出科时观察组的学习效率、学习积极性、沟通合作能力、独立思考能力评分均高于对照组(p<0.05)。情景模拟联合翻转课堂教学法有助于提高实习生的综合能力,对深化儿科教学改革具有指导意义。This study focuses on 80 clinical medical interns who completed their pediatric practice at our hospital between May 2023 and April 2024.The interns were divided into two groups:40 in the observation group,who received scenario simulation teaching combined with a flipped classroom approach,and 40 in the control group,who received conventional teaching.The study compares the exit examination scores and learning outcomes of the two groups.We found that the observation group had higher skill assessment scores than the control group(p<0.05).Additionally,the observation group scored higher in learning efficiency,learning motivation,communication and cooperation skills,and independent thinking ability at the end of the internship(p<0.05).The scenario-based teaching combined with a flipped classroom approach enhances the comprehensive abilities of interns and provides valuable insights for advancing pediatric teaching reform.
