摘  要:探索微课联合医学模拟教学法在儿科见习带教中的应用效果。选取2023年在儿科见习的60名见习生为研究对象,30名学生采用常规临床带教方法,为对照组;另外30名学生采用微课联合情景模拟教学法,为观察组。统计两组学生见习考核成绩,用问卷星调查教学满意度。结果显示,在见习考核成绩方面,观察组学生理论知识成绩及技能操作成绩均明显优于对照组学生,比较均有统计学差异(p<0.05);在教学满意度问卷调查中,在带教方法、提升学习兴趣、提升临床胜任力等方面,观察组学生评分均优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);带教内容、带教态度两组差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。因此,在儿科见习带教中,微课联合医学模拟教学法可提高见习生主动学习的兴趣,有一定推广价值。To study the application of micro-lesson teaching combined with medical simulation teaching in clinical practice teaching of paediatrics,sixty undergraduate students who were trainees in paediatrics in 2023 were selected as the study subjects,among which 30 students were taught by conventional clinical teaching methods as the control group;the other 30 students received micro-lesson teaching combined with medical simulation teaching as the observation group.Statistics on examination results of the two groups of students,is achieved through questionnaire on satisfaction with teaching.In terms of examination results,the observation group students’theoretical knowledge results and practical skills scored are significantly better than the control group students,and there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05);while the results of the teaching satisfaction questionnaire,in the teaching method,increasing interest in learning and increasing clinical competence,the observation group students’scores are higher than those of the control group students,and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the teaching content and teaching attitude in the two groups(p<0.05).In clinical practice teaching of paediatrics,micro-lesson teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can improve students’interest in active learning and has some value for promotion.
