高职“养生保健”课程思政教学设计探究

摘　　要：探索高职“养生保健”课程思政教学设计,把课程思政有机融入课程教学,提升课程教学效果。根据专业人才培养方案,通过明确“养生保健”课程思政教学目标和重点建设方向,挖掘课程中每个知识点的思政元素,实行线上与线下相结合、课内与课外相结合,拓展思想政治教学路径,丰富思想政治教学模式,改进教学方法,建立多元课程思政评价体系,实现思想政治目标与课程教育的匹配与对接,提高高职“养生保健”课程思政教学效果和实现立德树人的育人效果,为高职相关课程的课程思政教学改革提供了参考和借鉴。To explore the ideological and political teaching design of the Health Care course in higher vocational education,integrate the curriculum ideology and politics into the course teaching organically,and improve the course teaching effect,according to the professional talent training plan,through clearing Health Care course education teaching objectives and key construction direction,mining ideological and political elements,the combination of online and offline,in-class and extracurricular,this paper expands ideological and political teaching path,riches education teaching mode,improves teaching methods,establishes multiple curriculum education evaluation system,improves the curriculum ideology and politics teaching effect and provides reference for higher vocational related course teaching reform.
