摘　　要：制定食品冷链物流管理规范对于保障食品质量安全,提高物流水平和效率,防止通过冷链食品发生物传人新冠病毒疫情具有重要意义。本文分析了冷链物流标准的现状,从食品冷链物流的管理要求、操作规范和质量管理三方面对食品冷链物流管理规范的制定进行了分析与探索。The development of specifications for food cold chain logistics management is of great significance to ensure food quality and safety,improve level and efficiency of logistics,and prevent the infection of COVID-19 from cold chain food.This paper analyzes the status of standards for cold chain logistics,and analyzes and explores the development of standards for food cold chain logistics management from three aspects:management requirements,operation specifications,and quality management.
