探讨一清胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究与分析一清胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2020年4月—2024年2月同济大学附属东方医院收治的238例扁平苔癣患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各119例,对照组采取维胺酯胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合一清胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月,比较两组疗效、疼痛程度、病损面积及炎症反应、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,病损面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清SP、IL-8及IL-12水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施一清胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊的联合用药方案治疗口腔扁平苔癣表现出了更高的临床总有效率,可促进调节及改善患者的症状及体征,减轻疾病造成的疼痛感,缩小病损部位,同时在治疗期间还可调节血清SP、IL-8及IL-12水平,获得更好的预后,整体安全性也较高。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqing Capsules combined with Viamine Capsules in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods A random number table method was used to group 238 cases of lichen planus admitted to Department of Stomatology,Jiaozhou Hospital from April 2020 to February 2024,with 119 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin E capsules,while the observation group was treated with Yiqing capsules.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The effi cacy,pain degree,lesion area and infl ammatory response were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group after treatment,the VAS score of observation group was lower,the lesion area was reduced,and the serum levels of SP,IL-8 and IL-12 were lower,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqing capsule and viaminate capsule showed a higher clinical total eff ective rate of oral lichen planus,which can promote the regulation and improvement of symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the pain caused by the disease,shrink the lesion site,and also regulate the levels of serum SP,IL-8 and IL-12 during treatment,so as to obtain a better prognosis.The overall security is also high.
