摘　　要：在当下,深度合作与产教融合已经成为现代职业教育体系中培养人才的主要模式。例如在校企深度合作中,就共同打造了产教多模态融合的教育生态发展模式,例如家政服务产业中的现代教育生态模式。在文中首先探讨了“深度合作+产教融合”背景下的家政服务与管理专业的人才培养新生态基本内涵,指出其中育人基地的构建问题,并着重研究育人基地的多重构建策略。Currently,deep cooperation and integration of industry and education have become the main model for cultivating talents in modern vocational education systems.For example,in the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,we have jointly created an education ecological development model that integrates industry and education,such as the modern education ecological model in the domestic service industry.In the paper,the basic connotation of the new ecology of talent cultivation in the field of home service and management under the background of"deep cooperation+integration of industry and education"is first discussed,and the construction of education bases is pointed out,with a focus on studying the multiple construction strategies of education bases.
