摘  要:将经管专业教学知识分为陈述性知识、程序性知识和策略性知识。结合显性知识和隐性知识的特点,借助信息空间理论和知识转化的SECI模型,分析经管专业课程思政知识转移机理。提出经管专业课程思政教学改革的实践路径,包括更新经管专业教学理念、优化课程体系、创新陈述性知识及程序性知识(包括策略性知识)的教学模式、改革课程思政教学质量考核评价制度、打造专业化课程思政教师队伍等方面,找寻能够将思想政治教育融入专业课程教学的有效方法。The teaching knowledge of business is divided into declarative knowledge,procedural knowledge and strategic knowledge.Combined with the characteristics of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,in virtue of the"information space"theory and the SECI model,this paper analyzes the knowledge transfer mechanism of"curriculum ideology and politics".And the practical paths for"curriculum ideology and politics"teaching reform for business major are put forward,including updating the teaching concept,optimizing the curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode of declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge(strategic knowledge),reforming the teaching quality assessment system of"curriculum ideology and politics"and cultivating professional curriculum ideological and political teachers,etc.,in order to find effective ways to integrate ideological and political education into professional course teaching.
