摘　　要：高校思想政治工作在新时代教育建设发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。为营造高校和谐的软环境,须建立“大思政”格局,实现全员、全程、全方位思政教育。结合国家教育方针政策,通过分析新时代高校思政教育工作现状、构建高校新型思政教育体系策略以及如何推进思政教育发展举措,提出了如何在“大思政”视域中培育高校软环境的新思路和新路径。只有在高校思政工作中发现遇到的问题、构建新型思政教育体系思维、推进思政教育发展举措、全面研究培育路径,才能营造高校和谐的软环境。Ideological and Political Education play an important part in Universities And Colleges.For create a harmonious environment and Establish a pattern,we should Combined with national education policies,Analyze reality and trends,to Establish new ideas create new mechanisms explore new methods in the vision of great ideological and political.Only by discovering the problems encountered in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,building a new ideological and political education thinking system,promoting the development measures of ideological and political education,and researching cultivation paths,we will be create a harmonious soft environment of colleges and universities.
