摘  要:“电子对抗分队训练”是一门以培养学员实战化组训能力为核心的首次任职课程,在人才培养体系中具有重要作用。为深入推进“电子对抗分队训练”课程思政建设,充分发挥课程育人价值,分析了该课程的课程思政建设现状。针对课程思政建设的不足,从提升教员思政能力水平、加强课程思政系统设计、优化课程思政教学实施以及完善课程思政评价机制等方面,探索了“电子对抗分队训练”课程思政建设实施路径。教学实践表明,学员的专业水平和思政素养得到了有效提升。Electronic Countermeasure Detachment Training is a initial-employment course that focuses on cultivating students’practical training abilities and plays an important role in the talent cultivation system.In order to further promote the curriculum ideology and politics construction of the Electronic Countermeasure Detachment Training course and completely play the educational value of the course,this paper analyzes the current situation of the curriculum ideology and politics of the course,and in view of the deficiencies of the curriculum ideology and politics of the course,explores implementation path of the curriculum ideology and politics of the Electronic Countermeasure Dtachment Training course from aspects of improving the level of teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability,strengthening the system design of curriculum ideology and politics,optimizing the implementation teaching of curriculum ideology and politics,and improving curriculum ideology and politics evaluation mechanism.The teaching practice shows that students’professional level and ideological and political literacy have been effectively improved.
