摘　　要：市场分工深化促进企业间形成紧密联系的供应链网络,也加剧了供应链风险在企业间的传播,对企业间合作关系的稳定性产生影响。本文基于2007~2021年中国沪深A股上市公司年报披露的前五大客户/供应商信息,构建上市公司供应链网络,考察企业供应链风险感知对其与客户/供应商合作关系稳定性的影响。研究发现:客户感知的供应链风险上升降低合作关系稳定性,供应商感知的供应链风险上升则提升合作关系稳定性。调节效应分析表明,从关系嵌入视角来看,客户—供应商关系粘性在一定程度上会影响合作关系稳定性冲击;从结构嵌入视角来看,客户的供应链网络地位和董事网络结构洞丰富度提高将放大供应链风险对合作关系稳定性的冲击,而客户在董事网络的直接影响力提升导致合作关系稳定性同步提升。渠道检验表明,供应链风险可能通过客户—供应商交易成本影响合作关系稳定性。进一步分析发现,加强合作沟通和提升资金运转水平可以促进供应链合作稳定性。本文研究为企业应对供应链风险、为我国构建安全稳定的供应链提供经验证据与解题思路。The deepening of market division promotes the formation of a closely connected supply network,intensifies the spread of supply chain risks,and influences the stability of cooperation among enterprises.Based on the information of the top five customers/suppliers disclosed in the annual reports of listed companies from 2007 to 2021,this paper constructs the supply network of listed companies,examines the influence of supply chain risks on the stability of the cooperative relationship between customer and supplier.The results show that the increase of customer's supply chain risk reduces the stability of cooperative relationship,while the increase of supplier's supply chain risk enhances the stability of cooperative relationship.The analysis of moderating effects shows that from the perspective of relationship embedding,the stickiness of customer-supplier relationships to some extent affects the impact of cooperative relationship stability.From the perspective of structural embeddedness,the improvement of the customer's position of the supply network and richness of the director network structural hole will magnify the impact of supply chain risks on the stability of cooperative relationship.The improvement of the direct influence of the customer's director network will lead to the synchronous improvement of the stability of cooperative relationship,while the improvement of the richness of the structural hole will lead to the significant decline of the stability of cooperative relationship.Channel testing indicates that supply chain risks may affect the stability of cooperative relationships through customer-supplier transaction costs.Further analysis reveals that strengthening communication as well as improving the level of fund operation,can promote the stability of supply chain cooperation.This paper provides empirical evidence and solution for enterprises to deal with supply chain risk and construct safe and stable supply chain.
