摘　　要：《金匮要略》一书具备严谨的理论体系,故基于全书及重点篇章的诊治思路,以脾肾、肝肾、肺肾、心肾相关理论为切入点,对肾性水肿的病因病机、治法治则、遣方用药进行探讨,为其临床辨证施治提供新思路。The book synopsis of prescriptions of the golden chamber has a rigorous theoretical system,therefore,on the basis of diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of the whole book and the key chapters,taking the theories related to the spleen and kidney,liver and kidney,lung and kidney,heart and kidney as the entry point,the article discussed the cause and pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and principles,the prescriptions and the medications of renal edema,so as to provide new ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
