摘　　要：目的:观察微波热疗联合化疗及靶向治疗对晚期结直肠癌的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月四川省科学城医院收治的晚期结直肠癌患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组32例,接受微波热疗联合化疗^(+)靶向治疗;对照组30例,接受单纯化疗^(+)靶向治疗。比较两组近期疗效、不良反应、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况以及1年生存率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率、治疗结束后1年生存率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗前,两组患者T细胞亚群各项指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(^(+))、CD4^(^(+))/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:微波热疗联合化疗及靶向治疗能够增加疗效,改善患者的免疫功能,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of microwave therapy combined with chemotherapy and targeted therapy on the efficacy and immune function of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated in the Sichuan Science City Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.According to the random digital table method,they were divided into observation group and the control group.In the observation group,32 patients received microwave heat therapy combined with chemotherapy^(+)targeted therapy.In the control group,30 patients received simple chemotherapy^(+)targeted therapy.Observed the changes in the recent efficacy,adverse reactions,adverse reactions,treatment before and after treatment,and the 1-year survival rate.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and the 1-year survival rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant differences in the indexes of T cell subsets between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,while the CD8^(+)was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Microwave heat therapy and targeted therapy can increase the efficacy and improve the immune function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
