摘　　要：复方苦参注射液(CKI)是一种临床上常用于治疗肿瘤和缓解癌痛的中药制剂,主要成分为苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱等生物碱类成分。本文综述了CKI及其主要成分对抗肝癌细胞的作用机制,以期为CKI治疗肝癌的临床研究提供参考。Compound Kushen injection(CKI)is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine preparation commonly used in clinical treatment of tumor and relieving cancer pain.The main components are matrine,oxymatrine,sophorine,oxysophorine,sophoridine and other alkaloids.Through literature search,this paper summarized the mechanism of action of CKI and its main components against hepatocellular carcinoma cells,in order to provide reference for the clinical research of CKI treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
