摘 要:针对传统无杆牵引车对飞机前起落架自由度限制过多、起落架转弯角度受限的问题,文中提出一种全向飞机牵引车圆盘式夹持举升机构,利用行星轮系原理解决起落架夹紧过定位问题,从而实现飞机的自由全向牵引。根据多种实际工况条件,建立飞机对牵引车夹持举升机构的稳态载荷分布力学模型,通过静力学仿真分析机构的刚度,评价材料选用的合理性,验证结构的可靠性。通过预应力模态分析避免共振的条件,为后续的结构设计优化及驱动选型提供了理论依据。Considering that the traditional rodless tractor has too many restrictions on the freedom of the aircraft nose landing gear and the limited turning angle of the landing gear,a disc-type clamping and lifting mechanism of the omnidirectional aircraft tractor is proposed,which solves the problem of over-positioning of the landing gear clamping by following the principle of planetary gear train,thus realizing the free omnidirectional traction of the aircraft.Based on a variety of practical working conditions,a mechanical model of steady-state load distribution of aircraft clamping and lifting mechanism for tractor was established.The stiffness of the mechanism was analyzed by static simulation,the rationality of material selection was evaluated,and the reliability of the structure was verified.The conditions of avoiding resonance through prestressed modal analysis provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent structural design optimization and drive selection.
